Kilometres - Daily rates include 150 free kilometres per day, collective, excess
kilometres calculated at 0.25c per km. An unlimited kilometre package is available
for rentals for over 3 day periods at an extra $18/day. We do however leave
the package open and calculate the cheaper total price for the hirer on return.
The customer can select upon completion of hire.
Delivery & Return - We offer an Airport and local Hotel drop off
and return courtesy service, right at the Terminal. A vehicle return service
to same is also available from Airport & local Hotel. Our customised Airport
Service is available 24 hours a day. Alternatively you can return your rental
vehicle directly to our depot in person during office hours, which is open 7
days a week. All quotes are given on a 24 hour pickup and return. Each one hour
period over booking time is calculated at 1/4 of a days hire. Over 4 hours is
an extra days rental. Please Note:- Vehicles returned in an excessively dirty
or have been smoked in will attract further charges.
Limitation Boundaries - Our limitation and insurance boundaries extend
as far north to the Kalbarri region and south to the Albany region. Special
concessions can be made upon request for car hire to extend beyond these boundaries
enabling remote use and Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.)
Age - We will accept drivers from 19 years of age with a $5.00 per day
age loading for drivers 19-24 years. P-Plate or L-Plate drivers cannot hire
vehicles.
C.D.L. - Package includes Collision Damage Liability to $1800, however
you can select C.D.W. Collision Damage Waiver for $9/day to $300.
Additional Driver's - $3.00 per day
Child/Baby Seats - Child seats can also be provided for an additonal $3.00
per day.
Payments - We accept all major credit cards i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American
Express, Bankcard, JCB International
Cancellations - Cancellation fee of $75 will be applied to bookings that are cancelled.
