Insurance
- All vehicles are insured. The hirer is given the benefit of this
coverage subject to the conditions of hire. There is a collision damage
liability (CDL) of $2200 with the above rates in an accident with
another vehicle. This may be reduced to $250 by paying an extra $15 per
day. This collision damage waiver (CDW) is optional. A pre
Authorisation hold of $1000.00 will be required on the hirers credit
card if the reduction (CDW) is not taken. Hirers are reminded that
overhead, interior, under body, windscreen & tyre damage howsoever
caused is always at the hirers risk. There is no cover unless vehicle
is driven on sealed maintained roads within the area of use.
Child restraints - Booster seats and baby seats are available at $5 per day with a maximum of $30 per rental and are subject to availability.
Rental duration - Rental day
period is 24 hours, extra hours are 1/5 daily rate until daily rate is
reached. There are no refunds for early returns. Any change of plans
including requests to extend must be notified to our office.
Fuel -
Do I have to return the vehicle full of fuel?
No.
When you pick up your rental car, it will contain a full tank of fuel.
For your convenience you can prepay for a full tank of fuel at the
start of your rental. Although there is no refund for unused fuel, it
will save you time and hassle of filling it up on your return.
How much do you charge for fuel?
We
do not charge for fuel however we do have a refuelling service for
which we make a charge. The current rate per litre in Brisbane is $2.50
+ GST per Litre, with a minimum charge of $22.00.
Breakdown - All vehicles are covered by RACQ 24-hour roadside assistance or the manufacturers roadside assistance.
Street directory - A current copy of the Brisbane street directory is in the glove box of all our vehicles.
Area of use - The vehicle is restricted to a 300km radius from the (city) Airport.
Vehicles used outside
this area of use will not be insured. A loading of $25 per day for the
entire rental period
will be charged if a vehicle is found to have been outside the area of use.

Requirements
Driver's licenses - All full
current Australian and overseas or international licenses are accepted.
Drivers are to be a minimum age of 21 years old, having had at least 3
years licensed driving experience.
Payment - At time of rental
please have your current licence and credit card with you. We accept
Mastercard, Visa, Diners, JCB, and AMEX or cash for rental payment only.
